Which bldc motor manufacturer does the dc brushless motor manufacturer

Which BDC motor manufacturer BLCD motor is produced by? BLCD motor refers to DC brushless motor, which can be produced at home and abroad.
People in the domestic industrial control industry today generally have such a view on motors: low-end motors use AC asynchronous AC motors, and high-end motors use servo motors. In fact, there is a skip phenomenon in domestic motor applications, that is, the jump from AC asynchronous AC motor to servo motor, and the DC brushless motor in the middle is often ignored by people. Because brushless DC motors have the characteristics of DC brushed motors and are also devices that change frequency, they are also known as DC frequency converters. The international common term is BLDC. The unique characteristics and advantages of high-efficiency, low-heat generation, etc. of DC brushless motors are exactly in line with national energy-saving and emission-reduction requirements.
In foreign countries, motors are generally developing along the evolutionary process of AC asynchronous motors— → DC brushless motors— → stepper motors— → servomotors. Therefore, foreign engineers often understand the characteristics of various motors. The use of motors is mainly selected according to the most suitable site standards. China's industrial automation has developed rapidly after reform and opening up. In the 1990s, servo motors have been introduced into China, and the majority of industrial control personnel have direct access to the highest-end servo motors of the motor. Before the reform and opening up, China ’s industrial control industry used motors in a single type. Most engineers only knew and used AC asynchronous motors. The intermediate type stepper motor and DC brushless motor have been applied to the servo motor before they have time to contact. There is a certain vacuum section in the middle type of the motor. We call this phenomenon called step skipping. However, in practical applications, the use of DC brushless motors in many occasions not only reduces the cost significantly, but also has good results, and the control is relatively simple compared to servo motors.
When it comes to DC brushless motors, then you have to mention DC brushed motors. The "brush" here actually refers to the "carbon brush". The earliest DC motors were equipped with a "carbon brush". Carbon brush is a key component in DC brushed motors, which mainly plays the role of current commutation. However, its disadvantages are also more prominent: carbon brushes and commutators will generate sparks and toner when the motor is rotating, so in addition to causing damage to the components, the use occasions are also limited. Moreover, the carbon brushes have abrasion problems, and the carbon brushes need to be updated regularly, which is inconvenient to maintain.
With the development of the semiconductor industry, DC brushless motors using electronic commutation came into being. As microprocessors become faster and faster, people can make the functions necessary to control motors in the chip, and the size is getting smaller and smaller. Like analog-to-digital converter (ADC), pulse wide modulator (PWM) ... and so on. DC brushless motor is an application that controls the AC commutation electronically, and obtains similar DC motor characteristics without missing the DC motor mechanism. From the current development trend of DC motors, brushed DC motors are gradually being phased out, and brushless DC motors have become the mainstream of DC motors.
The brushless DC motor is the same as the motor body of the servo motor (permanent magnet rotor, concentrated stator winding), but the position sensor is different. DC brushless uses Hall IC (some high-end will also use low-end encoders) and servo motors generally use optical encoders.
Therefore, in addition to the speed control of the DC brushless motor, the position control and torque control of the servo motor cannot be achieved. However, when used as a speed-regulating motor, in addition to fast response and low-speed operation, a brushless motor can be used instead of a servo motor, and the brushless motor has a great advantage in terms of price.
